FedEx delivers "only" to physical address. If you want your products to be delivered to a PO Box you need to select USPS from the shipping option.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can always return your item if it meets all of the following conditions:
- Not older than 15 days from the date indicated by the parcel delivery carrier. Unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer you an exchange after those 15 days have passed.
- Exchanges: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - It must also be in the original packaging.
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Buyer pays any return shipping fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
